Windows 10: WMI provider host always at high powers usage

after recent win update, my cpu become very hot. I checked the task manager find that WMI provider is using a lot of power but my cpu stays low usage but reach high temp.I have done this but nothing is showing up C:\Windows\system32> dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth Deployment Image Servicing and Management tool Version: 10.0.19041.844 Image Version: 10.0.19045.2604 [==========================100.0%==========================] No component store corruption detected.
