Windows 10: WMP will not create a music CD

Discus and support WMP will not create a music CD in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; Many thanks to those who may have offered their suggestions.     WMP will not create a music CD


    Many thanks to those who may have offered their suggestions. Most unfortunately, NOTHING WORKED. I tried every

    suggestion that was offered but without success. I did, however manage to create the Music CD I wanted, BUT on

    a competitor's system/software. Need less to say, it leaves a lot to consider about using Windows-10 Pro

    Are you sure you have looked at the right place ?

    How do I make WMP default application for music CDs?


    I posted here just over a week ago because I was trying to install WMP on my PC; thanks to you guys I disovered that it was already installed, even though there was no icon on the desktop, start menu or application bar.

    Anyway, I'm now trying to set it as the default application for opening music CDs. The problem is that it is not listed in the default programs, and I cannot seem to get it included on the list. I know how to associate programs with different file types, but that's not really what I want; I'd like WMP to launch automatically when I insert a CD.

    All help greatly appreciated WMP will not create a music CD :)

    Unable to transfer CD music to WMP

    I have ripped some old music CD's into mp3 format and then burned them to a CD. I am unable to transfer these into WMP as I would like to sync these to my phone. The WMP will notcreat a playlist or allow me to drag any of the music on the CD I have made
    into the sync area. The CD will play in the play area without problem. Any help appreciated. I am using the WMP in windows 10 OS
