Windows 10: Wndows 10 backup completed but one file was skipped

Message and error mesage as shown below:Backup encountered a problem while backing up file C:\Users\Edmundo Meza\Downloads\Lima photos. Error:STATUS_WAIT_2 0x80070002 I have changed backup settings to "let me choose" and selected my user name to backup my desktop PC, by selecting documents, photos, music and video.This has worked for me in the past, but the above file keeps coming up as a skipped file, I have tried to locate it in hard disks C, D and external drive F, which I use for backups, and can not find such file. Thus problem persists after running Windows 10 backups. I have also r

We regret for the inconvenience. I would like to inform you that if you are trying to backup a file which is on the drive where the backup is being created, it will skip those files.

You may check in libraries if your personal files which you have already uninstalled are present there. If it’s there, you may delete those files & try to run the backup again.

You may also try the following steps and check if that helps:

• Restore default storage locations on all folders (i.e. Pictures, Documents, Downloads, Favorites, Searches etc...)
• Rename the folder in explorer to match the default folder.
• Restore the default libraries and run the back up.

Backup completed but some files were skipped (Error code: 0x8100002F)

Hi! I created a system image for my Windows 10. After completion, I got the message, "The backup completed but some files were skipped."

Under "View skipped files," the report said

"Backup encountered a problem while backing up file C:\Users\user\OneDrive\Music. ErrorThe system cannot find the file specified. (0x80070002))" Upon checking my computer, I verified that the specified path does not exist indeed.

My questions are:

• Why did the backup process attempt to find that non-existent path in the first place?
• Is the resulting system image still functional, i.e., not corrupted? If it is damaged, how can I fix it?

I am using windows 10 on my hp laptop. I have a problem while backing up my files and have an error like "The Backup completed but some files were skipped". When I saw the skipped files then a note pad file were generated with name 102721_error and had the
following message

Backup skipped backing up E:\ as it is on the backup target.

Please guide me to resolve this issue. I could not understand how to resolve this issue.
