Windows 10: Womble EasyDVD problem

I'm using Womble EasyDVD video DVD burner and all i get is a non-full screen image of full screen 4:3 and 16:9 video files. The image is squeezed to the middle of the screen. Why and what should i do? I can't change to another video DVD Burner as this is the only
Video DVD Burner i found and maybe the only one that supports audio quality of 1500kbps (Linear PCM).The same incredible audio quality as the audio cds.

Well,

There are several. ROXIO makes some nifty software to create DVD.

Then there's EasyDVD creator (can't remember which company makes it)

Then of course Adobe Premiere allows you to do this but you also need to figure out the codecs and other stuff so may not be worth the money.

Lastly, I actually have used Nero Platnium to create DVD movies. It's quite easy and fun to use.

There are many other ways, and I'm sure there are shareware tools to do it as well. But if you don't want the hassle of learning by doing then I recommend you buy a software package to create DVDs.
