Windows 10: Wondershare gives error messages_ .dll files missing

on login to Windows 10

Wondershare sent me error messages

that four of its .dll files were missing


I tried all measures

to correct this

none worked

and

uninstalling did not seem to be an option


I then happened to DEFRAGMENT MY DISC


the error messages disappeared

and performance returned to normal


these files seem somehow

to have made themselves unobtainable


no further investigation

just pleased to have it solved

Thank you DaveM121. These steps seemed to have solved my problem. As a first time user on the Microsoft Community I am very pleased at the efficiency of this service and your help.

 

.dll files missing

There 3 dll's are associated with Wondershare Software Products, try removing Wondershare Software from your Startup

• Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open Task Manager, click on the Start-up Tab and disable any Wondershare Products
• Windows + R Keys together, type msconfig and hit enter, on the Services Tab, check the box marked 'Hide Microsoft Services', then check the list for any Wondershare products and un-check them
• Click OK and Reboot

If the problem persists or Wondershare Software does not work properly, re-install the software

 

Missing .dll file .

I suggest that you perform the steps below and check if it helps resolve the issue.

• Uninstall all those apps (using revo uninstaller) which are giving you msvcr100.dll and msvcp100.dll files missing error
• Open the link below

Download Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2012 Update 4 from Official Microsoft Download Center

And download and install Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2012 Update 4.

3. Download VSU_4\vcredist_x64.exe if you’ll be installing this on Windows 10 64bit.

4. Download VSU_4\vcredist_x86.exe if you’ll be installing this on Windows 10 32bit.
