Windows 10: Wont boot after i cleaned my second hdd

Hi, i my computer decided to not work after i cleaned the data from my second hdd drive today. Let start from the begining, i hade a hdd drive as my first drive and i hade it for 3 years then i upgraded to a m,2 ssd 3 months ago. I cloned the data from the hdd drive to my m.2 and then unplugged the hdd. Fast forward to today i decided to clean the old hdd because everything worked fine without it for 3 months but after i cleaned it my computer wouldnt start it just says error 0xc000000e and that a device is missing. Why does the computer miss it now and not when it was unplugged for 3 months?

Cloned HDD wont boot

I cloned a HDD to get rid of older HDD and lose the IDE cables and stick with SATA. Only problem is the cloned HDD wont boot nor repair, and the boot record seems to be on the second IDE drive and not the one with the windows partition on it. Is there anyway to fix this situation??? I'm afraid of the older drives failing on me, and would like to keep all the installed programs intact. Any ideas on how to make this work???

Windows wont boot whitout second drive

My laptop is an asus s56cb and recently i bought an hdd caddy an an ssd, then i moved my hdd to the caddy and then i added the ssd to the main sata port. And i did a fresh install of windows 10 to the ssd , and i did a format to the hdd. Since then my laptop
boots on bios and though there is nothing in the boot order , if i select save and exit it loads windows. The problem is when i try to boot whithout the second hdd in the caddy , then my computer wont boot at all though the other hdd is empty .

What can i do?
