    Hi Hannaharris13 !

    Check if the account work fine on a desktop. If it does then change password and try logging in again this should work.If all else fail go for a reset again and try logging in.

    To help you resolve the issue, we suggest performing the above link given by Norton Support. If issue persists, you can try using the Built-in Administrator Account in deleting the backup files. Refer to Greg Carmack's answer on this
    thread for detailed instructions.

    Don't hesitate to give us an update on how it goes.
