    Wont let me on windows, pc gets stuck and frozen on BIOS


    this morning my pc was working fine, but after a shutdown the pc would not even boot up into windows instead it would freeze on the bios screen and the loading disc would not move. I tried to go into safe mode to fix the issue, but the screen also froze and the power to my keyboard and mouse died. I tried to reset the pc and it wouldn’t let me. I tried to use a system restore point but it also didnt let me. Please help.

    If you having an issue installing a driver that worked before you formatted or wont install on a fresh build, sometimes this means hardware damage
