Windows 10: Won't Let Me Switch Out Of S Mode

I just bought this computer with Windows 10. The first day I managed to switch out of S Mode and download other applications Google Chrome and Firefox.


But a few days later the computer updated and when I tried to open Chrome it told me I was in S Mode and would need to switch out.

Fine. I go to the Microsoft Store and hit 'Get' and it says:


Try Again Later

Something Happened On Our End


And that's it... it refuses to do it. It's been doing this for days. I have looked up other users asking this question and there are A LOT but nothing has worked for me.


It's so ridiculous, this is a brand new computer and S Mode is awful. I might have to return it and get a Mac.

Maybe I Install a Windows 7 again, At least, all of my games run smoothly ...Sadness!!

Airplane mode switch not working

Since the troubleshooting steps that were provided did not resolve the issue, we suggest switching on the Radio Management Service. To do that, please follow the steps below:

• Press Windows key + R.
• Type services.msc, then hit Enter.
• Search for Radio Management Service.
  
• Right-click, then choose Start.

Note: Never ever set this service to "Disabled".

Get back to us if the steps won't work.

 

Store Settings "Update apps automatically" won`t stay switched off. WHY?

In Settings in Store I set "Update apps automatically" to Off.

When I go back in again it`s set back to On. Why won`t it stay switched Off?

How do I get this stupid **** to DO WHAT I TELL IT and SWITCH OFF?

What`s the point of having a Setting that you can`t Set?
