Windows 10: wont stay on for more than a minute

Hello,

My desktop hp keeps turning off/ sleeping. I have both setting set to Never and it still turns off. I have also gone into "additional power settings" and have also chose never for "change when the computer sleeps" and "choose when to turn off the display" I have restarted my computer since i have changed those setting and my desktop still turns off after a minute, this is very annoying and I have no way of fixing it. or can I? does anyone know? the only way I can keep my desktop on is if I have a 10 hour video playing on mute in a very small tab I draw and have references on my computer help? also why does it say "When plugged in,..." its always plugged it.

Buluetooth wont stay connected

I appreciate your response, I completed the steps given in the link you provided (both options) again without success. Bluetooth still shows paired with my device but will not stay connected for more than about 3 seconds. Would you possibly have any other
suggestions?

 

5310 charger pin wont stay in socket

the pin or plug from the cahatger wont stay in the phone. i either have to hold it in or tie the lead round the phone and wiggle it about. this is a real drag as the 5310 needs charging every day. any suggestions?

I suggest the following simple steps:

1. Set the autosave options in MS Office to a low value say 5 minutes.
2. Setup file history to autosave frequently - the shortest period is 5 mins
3. Install Macrium Reflect Free and configure it to do a daily incremental system backup

You should be well covered if you do the above to protect your key files.
