Windows 10: Won't switch out of S mode

I bought a new laptop yesterday and it's running Windows 11 in S mode. I've updated everything but when I go to Switch out of S Mode and click the Get button it just turns into a Try Again. What am I doing wrong?

Airplane mode switch not working

Since the troubleshooting steps that were provided did not resolve the issue, we suggest switching on the Radio Management Service. To do that, please follow the steps below:

• Press Windows key + R.
• Type services.msc, then hit Enter.
• Search for Radio Management Service.
  
• Right-click, then choose Start.

Note: Never ever set this service to "Disabled".

Get back to us if the steps won't work.

 

Store Settings "Update apps automatically" won`t stay switched off. WHY?

In Settings in Store I set "Update apps automatically" to Off.

When I go back in again it`s set back to On. Why won`t it stay switched Off?

How do I get this stupid **** to DO WHAT I TELL IT and SWITCH OFF?

What`s the point of having a Setting that you can`t Set?

 

Skype won´t wok in 17063

Maybe I Install a Windows 7 again, At least, all of my games run smoothly ...Sadness!!
