Windows 10: word document printing out in landscape whilst being a portrait in document NOT DUE TO PRINTER

One document keeps being printed in landscape. Printer is printing other documents correctly so NOT printer and print preview shows this document in portrait. On asking to print, I get a warning about margins even though print preview shows these as ok. Please advise

All local versions, and on different machines. I have little clue what causes it, but I've seen it too many times. I still think it is the printer settings interacting with Word. You know, I actually print documents. - - - Updated - - -

What version of Word are you running ? I also have landscape documents, with landscape screenshots, and these documents have no issue at all. It's not every document that has this issue (luckily). I have never ever used the functionality you are using.

If you need to put a landscape image in that document without resizing it to fit on a portrait page then you need to divide your document into sections and make that section a landscape orientation one, just as MrEd & cereberus said. Once it is set up that way & the document has been saved then it is set that way every time you open the document. You do not have to repeat the section orientations. And you still print the document as portrait and allow the printing to take care of the landscape section properly when it reaches it. Demo.docx - Each page contains a dragged'n'dropped screenshot of this post. - The middle section is in landscape & the others in portrait. - I did not do any resizing, Word automatically adjusted the sizes to fit the page orientations.

Printer is printing out documents in landscape mode, on portrait orientated paper. All settings are set for landscape mode. All applications...PDF, Word etc. See screen shot for example.
