Windows 10: Word dropdown menu

Hi,

I hope somebody can help me. i created a dropdown menu with some questions. i did this in WORD.
However i only see the dropdown menu when i'm pointed with my cursor on the dropdown menu. how can i make sure the dropdown menu is shown als always? i hope somebody can help me *Smile

why doesn't my computer allows me to move the curser to a dropdown menu?

whenever I have a dropdown menu and want to move my curser over the dropdown menu, the dropdown menu closes?

 

Dropdown Menu on Desktop

I have been having problems with the desktop dropdown menu for over a week now. Have tried multiple solutions. Have no idea

what to do about it. The specific problem I'm having doesn't seem to show up anywhere. When I log on, the dropdown menu just scatters various application icons all over the desktop. Help!!!!

Please note: An expert did contact me via email. But what he said was just a little too "techie" for me. Would appreciate further help.
