I have a Lenovo Ideapad S340 and HP 4527 Envy printer. Ever since I had the computer I haven't been able to print in colour from Word. Any ideas?

Please try the suggestion provided by Banhien for a similar issue:

Do this in Microsoft Word

1. Click Print.

2. Select Printer properties.

3. Select Paper/Quality tab.

4. Click Advanced.

5. Select Print Grayscale Off.

6. Click Apply then OK.

Try to print and check if it works.

Laptop won't print in colour

I cannot print in colour from my laptop. It prints in colour from my phone, which suggests there is a problem with the system on my laptop. Does anyone have any ideas how to fix this, please?
