Windows 10: WordPad opening in Windows 10

I use Windows 10 in a laptop one year old, 24GB RAM, 512 SSD I find it takes a long time to open WordPad, I don't have this problem with other software I use.How do I solve this.

• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”

Wordpad for Windows 10

I installed Wordpad for Windows 10. However, when I attempt to "Open" a file, my file list doesn't contain the subfolder that I need. the subfolder exists in Windows Explorer. Any suggestions?

 

WordPad issue

I like to suggest you some steps as per my last experience follow these:
Click -> Start menu -> type ‘WordPad' in the taskbar-> search and click on the result. -> open WordPad.
If you’re find difficulty to open WordPad,
the Press -> Windows + R key -> type ‘Write’ -> hit enter.
You will WordPad application launching on the
screen.

Navigate this path C:\windows\system32\ you will see a ‘write’ (File).
The application is here now.

Just run an Office repair sofwtare to check if there will be any changes on the Word pad.
