Windows 10: Work account blocking file explorer login

Im having a few issues trying to setup my Windows 11 PC , the route issue was a work email not working in outlook and I allowed our IT guy to access my PC and try and sort in but by doing it he has blocked my PC on my 365 account stopping me login into it in outlook or 365, the problem is its seems to be a default and my file explorer want me to sign in but because im block it wont and it wont let me sign in under my personal details which it should be anyway.How do I reset it so it defaults to my personal email that the PC uses

File Explorer Search Not Working


I am trying to search in File Explorer (Windows Explorer, My Computer) and it will not find anything. I can copy text from a name in the list and paste it in the search box and it still finds nothing. I have looked at the suggestions that have been posted and nothing I find that is relative to this works. Anyone have any suggestions? I am running Win 10 Pro on an I3 coustom desktop computer.

 

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:
