Windows 10: WORKING way to Disable Efficiency Mode.

I7-14700K, 32gb RAM, 16GB VRAM on a 6GHz Wifi. Nowhere in that system specs does it show "please slow down my system for me" so STOP IT. I have tried several fix attempts but this STUPID 'Feature' Still turns on every time. "Turning it off task manager" Simply DOES NOT WORK. How is that a solution if it IMMEDIATELY REENABLES when I turn on a new tab, A very standard thing to do during internet Browsing?! Thanks for the response.

I tried what you suggested and disabled both settings, relaunched, and turned off efficiency mode for each sub-process it was active for.

Within 2 minutes, efficiency mode was re-activated, so your solution didn't seem to work.

I am on a desktop so I don't think the battery one would have any effect.

How do I permanently disable this feature for Firefox? The option to do so is greyed out in the task manager. For other programs, efficiency mode can be enabled and disabled, but not for Firefox, which is also the only program to be in efficiency mode. I do not want my browser to run unnecessarily poorly.
