    My account got locked for violating the terms of service. I'm not sure what I did but I promise you, I wasn't trying to break the rules. I may have been hacked and surprisingly, I was able to reset the password without an act of congress. So, I called the customer service number, pushed some buttons and it told me to go to account.live.com and login to my account and use the online help. Thanks for nothing. The whole reason I called is because I can't log into account.live.com. I went to account.live.com anyway but the web page won't send a text, no matter what phone number I put in. I always

    I called into the Microsoft Customer Service Support for my Ergonomic Mouse, but I can't believe the kind of service I received. It was just a plain simple call to technical support, since the left click of the mouse is not working. The person I spoke to
    was "SHARAD", he said I have your ticket created and I am going to get you to Sales to get the mouse replaced. I was then transferred to Sales and spoke to "ROBERT". He said that he will get me to the Replacement Dept, and when he transferred me, THE CENTER
    WAS CLOSED and the call got disconnected.

    Firstly I waited half hour to get someone on the phone, once I did, I was transferred and call disconnected. Really? I don't think I will call the second time just to wait another hour on the phone and the call gets disconnected. Well this is one of the
    reasons I don't have any Microsoft Product.

    I went to the Microsoft Store, and they said oh, we don't support these products here, You need to call in to get a repair/replacement arranged for your device. And when I did, this is what happens.

    I really cannot believe the type of customer service Microsoft is offering. I am in the same industry as well, and I can never think of treating the customer like that, and leading to no-where. Imagine the frustration every other customer has to deal with
    who is being treated the same!

    First ever experience with Microsoft and nothing but DISAPPOINTMENT!

    Unsatisfactory dealings with Jared at Xbox Live customer service!!!

    I GAVE SPENT TWO DAYS DEALING WITH XBOX CUSTOMER SERVICE AND IT HAS BEEN THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I was called a credit fisher when I barely ever call into XBOX and my complaint was not filed by JARED THE SUPERVISOR. If Microsoft is allowing their supervisors
    to speak rudely and hang up on their clients, I will be moving my business to SONY!! This has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life!!!

    i stay loyal to people that give me good customer service ive recommend ms products to my friend. the mouse has really held up great is weighted nice and works
    with great precision

    The mouse you had has the Microsoft BlueTrack Technology and if you should switch to Logitech this feature would not be available.
