    If I fresh start my windows 10, will my other accounts in this PC will be deleted?I'm too afraid because when I fresh start my windows my other account disappeared!SO I'M TOO AFRAID Please answer me because I need MY OTHER ACCOUNT MORE THAN THIS ONE!Thanks for reading my question!

    Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    A Windows reset (refresh) is only guaranteed to keep the files on one account, not all accounts on the PC, what problem are you experiencing with Windows that you need to perform a fresh start?

    Remove account

    I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
    To delete an account, follow these steps:
    1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
    2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:
