Windows 10: would it be safe to install SecureUxTheme?

like, i know its mostly safe and all, but i heard it has a chance of for some ungodly reason, putting your pc into a login loop that can easily be fixed with just the deletion of a few registry keys, however, im kinda just... scared to do that lol.

i really just need to know how that even happens in the first place or if its a rare issue that almost never happens.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

If that setting is already enabled, then I suggest as the next troubleshooting step might be Mozilla Safe Mode (not to be confused with Windows Safe Mode)):

The tutorials provided are just a list of troubleshooting steps. Use only the steps which apply to you.

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.
