Bought a MSI GL72M 7RDX-679CA laptop 1TB 2.5" Hard Drive, successfully installed a Samsung 960 EVO NVMe M.2 last year cloned win10 onto it windows startup is SUPER fast, I have No Problems so far. Now I would like to free up the 230GB on the 1TB hard drive and Extend my D: drive which I only think was for win10 before I installed the NVMe m.2 ssd but I am having difficulty doing that now. I have d: drive backed up and ready to fully format it to extend the 680GB with the 230GB unallocated disk. What is needed to do so? I tried deleting the 900MB recovery partition in between, gave me a virtual disk manager error, tried doing the same in command prompt "running as administrator" and came up with the same virtual disk manager error. I can't extend or even use that 230GB. would like to free up space with new upgrade c947f11f-631b-47ad-bd8e-e4844164e6ed?upload=true.jpg

    Here's a quick laundry list:

List of software to use for overclocking and testing
    Examples:
Wattman (and how to find and use it, like an overview, including profiles)
Unigine Valley or Heaven (use this for quick testing while changing settings in Wattman and checking for stability / artifacts) ...just suggesting this
How to monitor cores / mem speeds and temps during testing (I've seen screen overlays, and others using GPUz)

    Step-by step overclocking in Wattman
    Fan speeds
    Power limit
    Temp limit
    Voltages
    Core speeds

  3. Video card or RAM need upgrading?

Memtest: no errors after 10 hrs.
I'm going to perform the Primetest, later on. Get back to you on that.
I'm going to take it step by step, guys. I need to find the problem with this current computer. I might have to upgrade some components, so that it is still runnable. As for the new one, yes....i will build on it later. I need to find something decent 'gaming experience', all suggestions appreciated. THanks.
