Windows 10: Would MS upgrade a desktop Win 10 Home version to Win 10 Pro without my knowing or paying...

I bought a Dell Inspiron desktop computer that in theory, shipped with Windows 10 Home installed. From the very first day, I would get a message in the lower right corner of my monitor saying to Activate Windows. None of the internet suggestions worked. Using the computer primarily as a backup computer, I was able to perform basic functions like program installs, browsing, photo editing, etc. without activating Win 10.Now I need to us the new computer as my main computer and find out that I'm locked out of certain actions because of the activation problem. How do I pay for an upgrade to Win 10 Pro when I'm only eligible for Win 10 Home

I'm ready to upgrade to win 10 now - I'm eligible for the Win 10 Home version and have a valid retail license. I want to start right out with Win 10 Pro and do a clean install in one step. I know I can download the Win 10 Pro 64 bit .iso file. How do
I pay for the $99 (?) upgrade from 10 Home to 10 Pro?

 

UPGRADE WIN 10 TO PRO VERSION USING WIN 7 PRO PRODUCT KEY

Hi – I am a retiree geek who wants to play with Windows 10 Pro on one of my PCS but has no interest in paying $100 for the privilege of upgrading. I do have a sealed dvd package of Win 7 Pro so it seems like like MS “owes” me the upgrade, but frankly I do
not want to install win 7 pro and then upgrade it to Win 10 pro. Is there some way I can use the win 7 pro key to allow upgrade in a more direct manner?

 

Installed win 10 pro, while having win 8.1(upgrade to win 10 home) version.

My problem is while entering my win. key i saw there was option win 10 pro so i downloaded that and thought that it came with upgraded from win 8.1 to win 10.

Is there anyway i can change versions to home without reinstalling drive? Or pay like 50 euro to upgrade my key from 8.1 home to win 10 pro?
