Would you allow me to download Windows operating system on my Ipad device? And use my Ipad as a computer? Thank you very much

I have a new Ipad Pro. My old Ipad has an operating system 12.5.2. The new Ipad won't transfer date unless the old Ipad has a 14 operating system. The old Ipad will not download the 14 operating system. I have tried to do the download by putting the ipad on charge and activating the system download but it tells me that 12.5.2 is current and there is nothing more. What do I do to transfer data?

A second issue popped up while I was trying to sync my iPad. There are multiple instances of the same device in my device list. I only have one iPad, but it shows up three times (see the highlighted entries).



Is there any way to delete the duplicate entries? The first and third entries (both named David's iPad) are apparently unused.
