Windows 10: WPS & INTERNET WIN 10 VER1809

I have for some time now had flashing light on my router which was not flashing before , I believe it is to do with the WPS , I use my notebook pc at home win10 ver1809 , how do I check my device has WPS & ALL ok ?

Retrieving a WP doc in WIN 10

Using WIN 10 & WordPerfect 12, we created a 3-page doc in WP12 and saved it. Now it is only listed in the WIN file folder , as a WP doc, and will not open from there. Need it today and printed. Can anyone help?
