    A follow-up on my previous mail 6 months ago.Unchanged malicious behaviour of WPS Office, and also Microsoft Store has left the suite to spread its evil.I want this public.WPS Office installs a cloud-drive to China on your laptop. A recent addition to this 25 year old suite.The suite installs through fake website notifications "Your PC needs updates". It installs without admin consent.The suite overtakes Office filetype associations.Please, doWPS Office - now malware and why is it in Microsoft Store? :Drop WPS Office from Microsoft Store, to end it leaking documents to China.Step up the screening process for Microsoft Store, so people don't install sp

    WPS Office - How is it still in Microsoft Store?

    WPS Office currently behaves like malware.

    This suite has been around for a while, but the current behaviour is recent.

    - *RECENTLY* includes cloud storage, what uploads documents to China

    - *RECENTLY* advertised through website notifications "Do Windows Updates Now"

    - available from the Microsoft Store

    - installs without admin permissions

    - Chinese developer.

    What happens:

    - employees visit websites and unintentionally allow for notifications

    - fake popup "Your laptop needs Windows Updates"

    - WPS Office installs and overtakes all MS-Office file associations

    - employee calls helpdesk because MS-Office appears broken

    - an unknown number of locally cached OneDrive documents has been uploaded to China

    This issue is larger than WPS Office.

    How does an App remain in Microsoft Store while:

    - it installs Cloud storage to a country with unquestioningly bad human rights reputation

    - installs without admin consent

    Need help with signing in to Microsoft Store, Office, and OneDrive

    Hello everyone,

    I'm having trouble signing in to the Microsoft Store, Office, and OneDrive on my Windows device. Whenever I try to sign in, I receive two error messages: 0x8007000e (Unable to connect.) and 0x80860010 (This app has issued too many requests.

    Press Retry to continue.).

    I have tried several troubleshooting steps, including:

    • Restarting my computer
    • Checking my network connection
    • Resetting my network settings
    • Running the sfc /scannow command
    • Running the DISM command
    I have also tried everything possible to repair the Microsoft Store, including:

    • Running the Windows Store App troubleshooter
    • Running the Get-AppXPackage command
    • Running the wsreset.exe command
    • Resetting the Microsoft Store cache
    But nothing seems to be working.

    This problem is preventing me from synchronizing my files on OneDrive, using Office applications, and accessing the software I need from the Microsoft Store. It's causing significant inconvenience.

    I would greatly appreciate any suggestions or advice on how to resolve this issue.

    Has anyone else experienced similar problems and found a solution?

    Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!
