Windows 10: Write Speed Drop / Performance Drop After Windows 11 23h2 from windows 10 on SSDs

Wishing I would have stayed with Windows 10. Ever since updating to 11 the write speed on all of my SSD's has been cut to a point where many times installing programs times out. I've read the previous posts on here for this problem and have done clean boot with no positive results, all of my drivers are up to date. Just moving files around or deleting files sometimes takes up to 5 minutes for a single small file.

Hi.

I have an Acer Aspire e5-473. and for all of its lifetime up until late October, the laptop has run most games that I play completely fine, clocking over 100-150 FPS in games like Minecraft Java, Bedrock Edition, and Roblox running at low graph settings. and about 200 - 400 FPS.

After I had updated to the Windows 23H2 update. I have been noticing that the FPS drops when I was playing Minecraft. Dropped 5% ( 100 - 200 ). I keep asking myself why Windows 11 23h2 performance is not comparable to Windows 10?

When I played Minecraft Bedwars with my friend, the fps suddenly dropped to 1-20 fps, I closed the game and checked the CPU utilization, which is normal. Shutdown speed drop (STUCK ON SHUTDOWN SCREEN **** ?!!), fps drop, Idk why? I don't even overclock my CPU or RAM. When I downloaded Windows 10 custom iso for gaming I copied the iso files to a USB stick, before the Windows 11 23h2 upgrade was 100-300 MB/s. After upgrading to 23h2 10 - 4 MB/s. I have the same problem on all of my SSD, the reading speed is fine, but the writing speed is about 7% of real performance, also on the main NVME drives, im in the las windows insider build 26020
