Windows 10: Wrong Country On Gift Card

I have attempted to redeem my xbox card for USD but when I go to redeem, right next to my email it says new zealand? I never selected new zealand and inside of my settings it also says United States. Unrelated: I Got a new phone number and my xbox account used my old phone number so I cannot change my phone number without using the old one which makes no sense.

I do get a method of payment option, but it does not list my Microsoft account. There is also a place for debit/credit/gift card payments, but my gift card number does not match the spaces needed.

Any other suggestions?

 

Activated gift card on wrong accountI

I, in an act of stupidity today, activated my Xbox Live $5 gift card on the wrong account. I'm sure I laready know the answer, but is it possible to get the money transferred onto my other account? I ordered several gift cards before and activated them all
on my other account, if that helps.
