Windows 10: Wrong date of birth on my account but can't change it as I can't manage permissions

I contacted support case number 7030343994 because my date of birth is wrong and my laptop is restricting my content based on my age. I can access family.microsoft.com and see my account but I do not have the ability to access any permissions. I only have one account and should be the administrator of the account but I seem to have a child account and I cannot change it and I don't have any other account that I can ask permission to access anything.

How to change birth date of the child account?

I am unable to change the date of birth of my child's account, which was entered incorrectly.

The date of birth currently set is 2011 (which is should be 2002).

I have followed the instructions on this page:

As the account is set to 12 years old, the child is under the statutory age for my country.

The steps above say to perform the following actions for a child under the age of consent:

1. Using the adult Microsoft account, sign in to your account on family.microsoft.com.
   
2. Choose the family member, select then Manage consent.
   
3. In the Manage permissions page of the child’s account you want to change, at the right, select Edit this child's personal info and then follow the instructions.
   

In step 3, the Manage permissions page does not show "Edit this child's personal info". instead, it simply shows the below screen.

 

Loophole with wrong date of birth

After 2 sessions with supportchat im still no step further. The problem is as followed

I have a main account in which i accidentaly changed the date of birth. Im now according to the sofware underage.
Ive tried to add my account as a childaccount in microsoft family under a new adult account.

For some reason i cant see the options to change the date of birth after i click on the permission thing next to account.

Ive tested it with another child account and during setup it asked me who was my legal guardian and i had to sign permission. After that i could change everything for that account.

I think the problem is that my original mainaccount never had a guardian, just a change of birhtdate. So when put in a family account nobody can change anything.

To change date of birth in the main account itself is also impossible because its under aged.

Its a vicious circle in that way.

Can anyone explain me how i can setup the guarding thing on my main account to have acces to the date of birth?
