Windows 10: Wrong DOB in profile account

In my MS profile my DOB is wrong. It basically said I'm 2 years ago. I tried addressing it with processes recommended by the MS technicians but to no avail. With the Parent Safety Features I am locked out of everything. Can anyone help, please?

Changing child's DOB but no option to do so

Hi,

I'm trying to change my son's DOB on Microsoft. All Microsoft instructions say to log in to my adult account, select him in Family and select 'Manage My child's profile info' and then choose 'Edit this
child's personal info'

Seems straightforward but I don't get offered the 'Edit this child's personal info' option on the 'Manage my child's profile info page'.

All it has is a statement saying some countries have different steps to regulate what children can do online.

And I can't change the DOB from my son's account via the 'personal info' section.

Any suggestions welcome as I've spent hours looking into this!

I can't change my DOB on my Microsoft Account

HI there,

I've put in the wrong DOB on my "adult" Microsoft account and the DOB is the DOB of a child and so I now can't change it. I've tried doing it through my wife's account as we're part of the same "family" but as I'm registered as an adult it's not letting
her update my DOB either.

Can anyone help?
