Windows 10: Wrong email with no option

I tried many of the options provided by Greg, and none work which makes me believe that my computer may be compromised by criminals. MSFT reply that the account does not exist, but then it is imbedded on the screen and I cant remove it. There is no guest option neither which makes it even more difficult for me to be able to use the printer which is installed on the desktop. I guess I may have to get another Windows 10 media and reinstalled it. Let me know if my suggestions make any sense or how I can get to default copy if there was such a one. I know with Windows XP I could just go to setup and reinstall it again, but Windows 10 I don't know if there is an option.

You might check using step 3 in Option Two of the tutorial below to see if your son's email is listed under your "Email & app accounts". If so, deleting it will remove it.

where is resize option before sending an email with a photo,????

• Which email are you referring to email app or email client server?
• Do you get any error message?

I would suggest you to follow the below steps.

• Attach photo in a mail.
• Left click on a photo.
• You will get a resize option, you can drag & resize photo.

As per the issue description you have two email id's and you want to change your secondary email to primary on your pc.



I would suggest you to switch the login account to Local user account. Then switch back to Microsoft account which you want to use. You may follow the steps provided below:



Step 1: Switch to local user account

Follow these steps to create a “Local User account”.

• Press “Windows key +W”.
• Type “users” without quotes in the search box.
• Then select “Users” from the left panel.
• You will get an option “Switch to a Local account” right below your user account name.
• Select “Switch to a local account” option.
• Enter the required details.
• Then login to the local account and check how it works.

Step 2: Switch back to Microsoft account

Follow these steps to create a “Microsoft account”.

• Press “Windows key +W”.
• Type “users” without quotes in the search box.
• Then select “Users” from the left panel.
• Select “Switch to Microsoft account” right below your user account name.
• Enter the required details (Primary Email ID).
• Restart the computer and then try to login using new Primary account.
