Windows 10: Wrong language on Windows 11 login

Hello, Windows 11 login is showing in 2 languages at once, which is English and some weird language I've never seen before, even though the only language on my PC is English, I've searched online on how to fix it but no luck.Here is an image to better show what I mean:

Hi to all

I bought a new pc on ebay.

It was installed with Win 11 with deutch language, I installed my preferred languages (Italian e English), changed the display language to english and reboted the pc.
The language is now english but not in the login screen, there the language is still deutch (Wilkommen)

I removed deutch but it is still present in the language list.

If I use powershell to get language list I see only English and Italian.

How can I fix it?

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.

I would suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps.

Step 1: Remove the Existing language.

  Press Windows + X on your keyboard.
  
• 
  Select Control panel.
  
• 
  Select language.
  
• 
  Click on the Option adjacent to the
  Existing language.
  
• 
  Click on remove under input method.
  

Step 2: Add English Language.

• 
  Press Windows + X on your keyboard.
  
• 
  Select Control panel.
  
• 
  Select language.
  
• 
  Click on Add language.
  
• 
  Add the English language from the given list.
