Windows 10: Wrong location on Lock Screen for Weather

This question was asked and answered in another thread but the solution provided do not solve my issue. On my Windows Lock Screen it displays the weather location as Washington, D.C. I am in Florida. Yes, I have set my default location correctly and it displays correctly when I open the application. The WIndows Lock Screen and in my windows start box area is where it continues to display incorrectly. I am just wondering why this issue...is even an issue at all....can Windows not determine my location correctly? How do I make the OS I am basically forced to buy display my information correctly and function properly?

I just resolved the issue of the lock screen showing the weather for Washington D.C., even though that's not where I live. Open the Weather app. If it's the first time, it will give the option to detect your location or use the default location you've
set. If the location has not been set in the app, it will show Washington D.C.

I set the Windows 10 lock screen to show the detailed weather. Instead of showing the weather at my location it shows weather in Paris.
