Windows 10: Wrong Microsoft store for activating Windows 11 license

Hi,I am a Macbook Pro, ARM M1, user with Paralles installed to be able to run Windows 11. The installation went smooth and works ok. The only problem I have is that when I try to activate the Windows 11 I get the message that I am in the wrong Microsoft store. I am, according to Micrososft, supposed to be in the US store instead of the European Netherlands store. What can I do to fix it and get a valid license for my Windows 11 installation?Thanks for your help,Erik

Wrong Windows License

Hey there, I think i bought wrong Windows license.

Briefly:

• Talking with agents on phone is useless! They not polite, keep breathing on the phone and can't make normal conversation.
  
• I bought Lenovo P53 Laptop with preinstalled Home version.
  
• Somehow bought Pro for Workstations from Microsoft store and now can't activate nor want PRO for Workstations as my laptop is not workstation.

Now not sure what to do nor ask.

From Why can't I activate Windows?

If you upgraded to Windows 10 for free and ended up in a non-activated state, try following these steps:

• Go to Start
  
  , then select Settings > Update & security > Activation.
• Select Go to Store, and check to see if a valid license is available for your device. If a license isn't available, you'll need to buy Windows from the Store.

  • This only applies if you haven't made changes to the hardware for your device.

or you could hack it with a crack but please note this is always risky and you don't know what's in the hack

I won't buy a key, stupid.

I'll revert back to windows 7 then.

When I still was on windows 7, about a year ago I added 4GB extra ram which is a total of 8GB now,
is that causing the problem?
