Windows 10: Wrong name userfolder: .

My problem is as follows:My username is A****, my login emailadress for MS is b***** Email address is removed for privacy *** fake adress of courseExplorer shows my userfolder as "users - b**c" instead of "users-A***".I want to change the userfolder in A***. I already used netplwiz googled it, and changed the accountname from b**c to A***, but the folder did not change. So, this didn't work. I have no idee what effect changing the accountname has. Might have made things worse.Do I have to reïnstall windows or is there an other option? registry perhaps? I appreciate some help here. My thanks in advance

Well, chaging the userfolder name is risky, the best option is to create a new local account with the name you want

  How many user account do you have on your system?
  
• Are you able to log-in to the system?

Meanwhile, let’s try simple troubleshooting steps and check if this helps. I suggest you to remove the username from Credential Manager and check.

• 
  Type credential Manager on the Windows search bar and select Credential Manager.
  
• Now try removing the user name and password by clicking on the credential.

logged onto windows live mail with wrong name

Windows Live Mail is not supported in Windows 10 although we have Windows Mail app for Windows 10 as a mail client. To isolate the issue or get a clear picture about the Wrong name and phone number update on the profile we would
like to have the screenshot of the page where the wrong information is listed. Please hide all the Personal Identity information.

Please help us with the screenshot of the page in the application, where you are seeing the wrong information. Follow the steps mentioned in the

screenshot posted by Shawn ‘Cmdr’ Keene on Oct 2, 2015 to post the screenshot.

However, let us also try few steps and see if it helps.

1. In the lower-left corner of Windows Live Mail, click
   Mail.
   
2. Click the Accounts tab, and then click
   Email.
   
3. Type your email address, password, and display name, and then click
   Next.
   
4. Follow any additional steps, and then click
   Next.
   
5. Click Finish to start using Windows Live Mail.
