Windows 10: Wrong user identity or password

I purchased a new laptop with Windows 11. And wanted to use it without having to write the password every time I turn it on. So I changed in the settings. But then I made a mistake. I turned off the laptop instead of restarting it. Due to this, every time I start my laptop, it tells me that I try to log in with either the wrong user identity or the wrong password. The laptop Believes that I want to log in with the hotmail address to my Microsoft account. Which doesn't work no matter what password I try. I instead have to change so I log in with the 4 letter name I gave the computer. Plus the p

If you are trying to remove the login password, I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

• Press windows key + R to open command prompt, and type "netplwiz"
• Uncheck "user must enter user name and password to use this computer", then click "ok"
• Enter your user name and password, then click "ok"
• Restart your computer.

What is wrong with the password system?

There is a possibility that the password was used by other users or the password being used has more than 10 characters or more. Upon researching, some users had suggested that using a different numbers of characters and using complex password generator
(apart from Norton's Identity Safe) for a new password worked for them.
