Windows 10: Wrong version of Windows 11 home ordered on ecompany store

I've just ordered the wrong version on Windows 11 home when it should have been Windows 11 Professional. This was done on the company store, so can you refund the purchase so I can then reorder the professional version.Thanks in advance.Rob

Windows Store Unable To Install Anything.

In order to download apps from the Store, it is recommended that you have the latest version of
Windows 10 as well. We suggest that you turn on the updates and see if this will resolve this issue.

You may also reset the Windows Store by following the steps below:

• Press Windows + R.
• Type WSReset.exe then press Enter.
• Restart the PC.

Windows Store "Something went wrong"

Thank you for posting your query on Microsoft Community.

I would suggest you follow the steps below and see if it helps:

Method 1: Windows Store App troubleshooter.

Please follow the steps below:

• Type “Troubleshooting” on the Windows Search bar and hit enter.
• On the left side of the Troubleshooting window, click on “View all”
• Click on Windows Store App. Please provide a password if asked for it and click ok.
  

Method 2: If this doesn't help, try reset Windows store.

1.On the Search bar type “cmd” and click ctrl + shift + Enter to open the Elevated Command Prompt. (If prompted for a password, type the password and click Allow)

2 . Type "WSreset.exe" and click Enter.

3. Restart Windows store.
