Windows 10: WscGetSecurityProviderHealth doesn't report correct Windows Security status change

WscGetSecurityProviderHealth returned the same value despite Windows Security RealTime protection state changed from On to Off.This only happened on some machines in our org. I try to understand the reason why.

Windows doesn`t start. Authomatic repair doesn`t work.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

Belarc Adviser Security Report Status

I just ran Belarc Adviser on my HP ProBook as configured by HP and was surprised to see a security score of only 3.76 /10. The report suggest changing many default Windows settings. What do people think of modifying the settings suggested?

i ve tried everything:with atiflash from dos,winflash.step by step with bios powercolor hd 6970 from the database.
nothing,doesn´t work.any suggestion????
