Windows 10: WSL Network Problem

Hi , we are producing an application to test our servers. Hping3 is an application that we are running, however we have a problem while processing this tool at WSL Windows subsystem for linux , there is no problem to see actual bandwidth which is produced by hping but this power is looking so low at Windows Wi-Fi network interface. How can we solve this problem. Could you please help us if you have an idea on it ?

How to access files on network drive from windows subsystem for Linux (WSL)

Steps to Access Files on Network Drive from Windows Subsystem for Linux

Very simple steps to control files on Network Drive from WSL are as follows:

1. At first, tap down both the Windows and the letter E key at a time. This will open the File Explorer on the screen.
   
2. After that, from the left-hand side panel click on Linux and then
   hit on the Distros shortcut, that is present at the right-hand side of the window.
   
3. Next, open the running WSL distro (ex: Ubuntu) folder, to see the files that you want.
   
4. Further, double-click on the folder named as Home under the
   list, to open.
   
5. Now, open the folder.
   

That's it.

 

Network Adapter PROBLEM

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

First Verify if the WLAN service is started and set to automatic, if the WLAN service is stopped, I would suggest you to start the service and put it to automatic.

Step 1: Please follow the steps to
start the WLAN service.

• 
  Click on Start, type in services.msc
  and press Enter.
  
• 
  Select WLAN Autoconfig from the list, Right click
  properties.
  
• 
  Change the startup type to Automatic.
  
• 
  Click on Start button.
  
• 
  Click on Apply, Ok.
  

Restart the computer and verify if it works.

Also check if all the dependencies are also running. Try the steps to check Dependencies.

• 
  Right-click on WLAN Autoconfig and select Properties.
  
• 
  Click on Dependencies, you will find all the dependency services under box labeled this service depends on the following system components.
  

Step 2: Run an inbuilt Network troubleshooter.

• 
  Press Windows + X key and select
  Control Panel.
  
• 
  Type troubleshooting and select troubleshooting.
  
• 
  Click on view all on the left pane and select
  Network adapter.
  
• 
  Follow the on-screen steps and check.
