Windows 10: wsl not working after upgrading to windows 11

i am really fed up of this its been about a year this problem hasnt been i have previously posted this and were getting same old stupid responses like virus or antivirus issues there is nothing like that i dont download shady stuff from the internet and windows defender is the only antivirus i have. now getting to the problem as i have mentioned above ever since is upgraded to windows 11 and i enable wsl in the optional features it gives "iqrl not less or equal" bsod. plz give me a good solution bcz i am fed up of this and no reinstalling of windows opinions plz bcz it cant happen.

Windows 11 dying from WSA and WSL

Hello, For some strange reason when i try to use WSA or WSL on windows 10 and 11, it will make windows bluescreen constantly. it will be working fine for about 2 minutes(sometimes less) and then will bluescreen with different errors every time.. I've narrowed it down to WSA and WSL, (be it both at once or one at a time)
I don't know why it does this and it's getting annoying.. Is there any way to fix this? i have to either fight to uninstall/disable WSA/WSL or wipe and reinstall windows entirely.. It does it within safemode as well.. When installing WSL, windows will lock up before it even finishes, then it bluescreens every minute or so. WSA, it will install fine and work for a bit but then do the same thing. This is getting very annoying and i would really like to use them.. Any help is appreciated..

Currently on windows 11 Pro Version 10.0.22000 Build 22000

Upgrading to windows 11

I have a few questions about windows 11...

1. How many GB it is? when my pc suggested the upgrade yesterday, it said it's about 4GB just want to be sure.
   
2. I'm using a windows 10 pro so if I upgrade, will it upgrade to a windows 11 pro?
