Windows 10: wtime.cmd keeps popping up with windoes cannot find wudf.exe error

I recently scanned my PC using Malwarebytes. Sadly, after I quarantined and removed all the threats found, I restarted my PC, this wtime.cmd window keeps popping up with an error saying that wudf.exe can't be found. It's bothering me. Need help resolving this issue. Also, found another locked thread with the same issue. This mod Ramesh Srivivasan is asking for the following files from farbar recovery scan tool. FRST.txtAddition.txt

Bitsjobs cmd prompt random pop ups


Hi all,

After an attack of intrusive software which I have now resolved I keep getting command prompt popping up for a split second. I managed to capture the command with a screen recorder and slow motion play back..

After reading a thread from 2014 on here I followed the advice given and tried to list the jobs but it reads listed jobs 0.

Any advice. this pop up is driving me crazy!

Try the below steps:

• Open the Task manager. Here’s a tip: Press CTRL+Shift+ESC.
• Click File > Run New Task
• Make sure you have a check mark beside “Create this task with administrative privileges”
  
• Type CMD

Type the following commands at the CMD prompt:

dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

Unable to open regedit, cmd or any .exe files

Hi, I am encountering a problem that the default app of .exe files has been changed.

While I did some research that many of the solutions suggest that I can reset it via cmd or regedit. However, my oc doesn't let me open any of those.

Everytime I choose to open regedit or cmd. Both of them has the "open with" box popped up, which is the same as other applications.

What is happening to my pc? Can anyone help?
