Windows 10: wuaucltcore.exe aka windows uptade and host setup are constantly using cpu.

i was playing game and i started lagging. and since i recently had a malwere on my pc that i thought has been removed using programs like rkill avast and malwarebytes i checked task manager and saw host setup using about 20% of my cpu. i googled it and thought it was safe to just end the task. about 10 min later windows update popped up and started using 90% of my cpu. now they both turn on and of. i heard that wuaucltcore.exe may be disquiesd malware. wuaucltcore.exe is located in C:\Windows\UUS\amd64in propietes tab there are two sizes so i would provide both of themsize 104 784 bytessi

• Type command in the search box.
• Right-click on the result and select Run as administrator.
• Type this command: DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Windows Shell Experience Host using 35 to 55% of CPU usage on Windows 10

I suggest you to try few of the below troubleshooting steps and check if it helps.

Step 1: Try to end the process from Task Manager and check.

• 
  Press Ctrl+Alt+Del together to open
  Task Manager.
  
• 
  Go to Processes tab, right-click on the Windows Shell Experience Host process and click
  End Process.
  

Step 2: Boot the computer in to Safe mode with networking and if the CPU usage is same.

Step 3: I suggest you to install all the pending updates after upgrade to Windows 10.

• Connect to the internet.
• Press Windows key and type
  updates.
• Click on Check for updates.
• Under Windows Updates, click on
  Check for updates.
• Try to install the updates being shown.

Also, visit the computer manufacturer’s website and install the drivers being found and check if it helps.

Setup exe

You are trying to open a .bin file which is not a setup file.

Look for .exe aka application file. Usually named Setup.exe

.bin files are the files needed by the application, you cannot open them directly.
