Windows 10: wushowhide.diagcab does not work on Windows 10 HOME version 2004

- Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.19041.450]
- driver Hewlett-Packard - USB - 11/8/2018 12:00:00 AM - 38.8.1937.18312

I have a HP Officejet Pro 8210 printer that tries to re-install the USB driver every few days, even though it is already working properly. I wish to use wushowhide.diagcab to hide the update since it is not needed. Previously this hide program worked, now it does not, after installing version 2004. Instead of hiding the update, the wushowhide program appears to try to repair it. I don't want to repair it, I want to hide it, as before.

Im thinking of creaters fall if i should block it, prevent it form being installed with wushowhide, it is almost downloaded

Having problem update to Windows 10, version 2004
