  1. WX Doesn't Detect Other Monitors (GTX 760)

    Hey there,

I've been quite fed up with the fact I can't use my second monitor with Windows 10. I am attempting to install the latest drivers now, but I have done numerous updates and it still doesn't detect my second monitor. I am using a NVIDIA GTX 760.

If anyone can help me out, that would be great. I will update the OP when I finish the driver update
    EDIT: No luck. Please help

    Thanks.

    :)

  2. Windows 10 Multi-Monitor Issue

    Hello, all.

I'm having an issue with my 3x monitors. I have one monitor connected to my gpu (Nvidia GTX 760) via DVI and a TV connected to it by HDMI. My third monitor is connected to my Integrated graphics via VGA as my 760 doesn't have enough ports. My issue is that
I can only have one display driver active at a time. I've tried troubleshooting but it's not detecting any issues. I can only have my main monitor and TV if I want to play games, but the third monitor cannot be active due to the display adaptor issue and vise-versa.

Has anyone had any issues like this?

If so any help would be appreciated.

    Win10 screen tearing

Hello everyone. A few days ago i have updated my videocard from gtx 650ti to gtx 760, but now with gtx 760 i have a screen tearing. Only in fullscreen or without VSYNC. There was no screen tearing with my gtx650 ti ( was connected by vga, gtx 760 connected
by HDMI, that`s can be a problem? ) I have tried everything, new drivers, windows reinstall, adaptive vsync ( cant use vsync because i am playing overwatch, vsync + overwatch = input lag ) How can i fix this?

    Specs:

    Core i7 2600k 3.4ghz ( not overclocked )

    Gtx 760

    16gb ram

    2tb hdd WD

    450wat power supply <---- maybe that`s a actuall problem?

    60hz monitor

Have you gone to Nvidia Control Panel and selected set up multiple displays? You should also be able to right click and empty space on the Desktop, select Display Settings and set it up. If neither of those 2 options work, check your connections and make sure the OS detects the second monitor.

  5. It appears that it is "detected" but the monitor is just in sleep.

In Windows Display settings can you click the Identify link? and, as elementary as this sounds, do you have the input settings in the monitor settings set to match the connection you are using? Under multiple monitor monitor select extend dislay to this monitor? This is how mine looks.

  7. When I do this, it still doesn't do anything. In fact, it sets my primary monitor as my secondary, and my secondary doesn't show up.

To be helpful, here are my display settings

Sorry, but I am running out of ideas. Did you enable it in Nvidia Control Panel? In your screenshot, you have 'Multiple Monitors' set to show only 1. Can you set it to Extend Desktop to these Displays?

  10. Extending doesn't fix the situation either. This is the NVIDIA Control Panel, which tells me there is only 1 monitor.

It looks like your monitor is not being recognized. How do you have it connected, and is the monitor set for the type of connection you are using?

  12. The monitor is connected with a Belkin HDMI to VGA adapter because the VGA port on my mobo is dead. I didn't touch any settings on the monitor itself, and it has worked with this configuration on Windows 8.1, and even 7.

Have you tried the additional options under "My Display is not shown ..." as the screenshot you posted only shows a single monitor.

Also check the cable between the missing monitor and the computer

Both should be connected to your card, not the motherboard ports. If you turn the monitor off then turn it back on, what message do you get?

  15. It is connected to the card. The only monitor ports on the PC (for me) is the Graphics Card. When it is turned off and on again, it just goes to sleep. (It's a Samsung Monitor, so it searches for an active input on either DVI or VGA then goes into sleep when it is unsuccessful.)
