Windows 10: Wy my external hardrive not showing in file explorer win 11

My external hard disk are showing in Computer management but not in File explorer win 11. When I change to another pc with win 10 I can see it in file explorer

Lacie Hardrive Not showing in File Explorer

I have a Lacie hardrive and it is showing up in "other devices" but not on my windows explorer and it is not showing up under disk management either. The hardrive had been formatted for a Mac, and I didn't realize I'd have issues if I tried to use it on
a PC. Now it doesn't show up on the Mac either and I'm worried the files are lost. Can someone assist?

 

External drives are duplicated in File Explorer on Windows 11.

Pls try the steps (or the registry fix remove-duplicate-drives.reg to automate the task) to resolve the issue.
