Windows 10: X box game bar unable to use any features regarding screenrecording or screen shot

X box game bar problems while trying any screenrecording or screen shot features, all the captures are greyed out and does not work at all, i have tried all ways online, and still no solution - Tried to Repair or reset game bar - Turned on settings in group polict editor - Fidgeted with some services regarding windows broadcast and x box- Treid to change settings in Registry editor- Checked the iedrame.dll fileNONE OF THESE WORKED AND STILL SAME PROBLEMS OF GRYEYED BUTTONS

X Box -Game Bar

X Box Game bar conflicts with some educational software we use at school. I am able to disable Gamebar, but it seems re-able itself. How can Game Bar be disabled on a more durable basis (other than settings) Could Gamebar be disabled by default? Can
it be disinstalled?

I deleted X-BOX and game bar from my laptop (Windows 10). I didn't think I'd need it but it turns out I do. Is it possible to get it back? Can I download it again?

  Click the window you want to capture. Press Alt+Print Screen by holding down the Alt key and then pressing the Print Screen key. The Print Screen key is near the upper-right corner of your keyboard. (Depending on the type of keyboard you have, the exact
  key names on your keyboard may vary slightly.)
  

Note: You can take a screen shot of your entire desktop rather than just a single window by pressing the Print Screen key without holding down the Alt key.
