Windows 10: X-Plorer controller not working on Windows 10

I have a GH2 X-Plorer controller, it has worked until now, I already tested it on another device and it still works, but when I connect it to my pc it wont be detected by windows, The lights on the controller will flash but they will never connect, the device does not appear on my device manager list anywhere at all, not even under hidden devices, and it does not make a sound when connected or disconnected, so windows does not even detect that something is being plugged in

I suggest you to Run the power troubleshooter and check. Follow the below steps:

• 
  1. Go to Control Panel> Press Windows+X and click on control.
  
  2. Click on Troubleshooting.
  
  3. In the search, type Power and then run the Power Troubleshooter.
