    Keyboard does not work in safe mode.

    Create a bootable windows 10 iso.

    Boot to the windows 10 iso windows advanced troubleshooting menu.

    Use a camera or smartphone camera to take pictures and post images into the thread.


    Click command prompt > this should open a black box with title bar: Administrator: X:\Windows\System32\cmd.exe and prompt: X:\sources>

    See option 3 for many of the steps.

    Type:
    bcdedit /enum
    bcdedit | find "osdevice"

    1) bcdedit /enum
    2) bcdedit | find "osdevice"
    3) C:
    4) dir

    then continue with the commands in post #11

    Disabled Hyper-V using BCDedit

    It should be the same as the listing but in your case, use the GUID number instead of {current}

    C:\WINDOWS\system32>bcdedit /set {current} hypervisorlaunchtype off
