Windows 10: Xamarin.Forms Android Background Timer not firing on Schedule

I have this piece of code that works in Background even when app is not in Foreground and with screen off. However, one-minute periodic timer does not track real time. I have tried using this code to run from a Foreground Service but same problem. I have excluded the app from battery saving. What can I do to improve proper alignment with time. Device.StartTimerSystem.TimeSpan.FromMillisecondsConstants.ONE_MINUTE_MILL, => {

iOS Emulator on Xamarin Forms

Hi,

I am trying to create an app in Xamarin Forms on a Windows pc.

I want to use an iOS emulator to see how it would look on an apple device, but I don't own a Mac.

Is it possible for me to use a physical iPhone or iPad as an iOS emulator or do I specifically need a Mac.
