    I have a registered copy of Xaudio dating from XP days. I have been trying to implement it in Windows 10 but it won't run. So googling the problem I see that Xaudio2 is distributed with Windows 10 but I can't find it. The links that seem to be pertinent seem to contain procedures that are way above my understanding. Is there any way for a reasonably competent user below the level of a C++ expert to implement it ?

    xaudio2 doesn't work.(When I set runtime libraray to /MD(Multi thread DLL))

    Hello.
    I'm making a windows 8 phone game using xaudio2.lib.

    When I set runtime libraray(property - c/c++ -> code generation -> runtime libraray) to /MDD, XAudio work well. But, when I set to /MD,
    I couldn't hear game main BGM.

    What is problem?
    /MDD can't upload to store, So I have to use /MD.

    PS. I'm korean, my english writing is bad. But I can read english. Please reply my question. Thanks.

    Problem with XAudio2_7.dll / Win 10 64x

    It realy helps. I renamed the file Xaudio2_7.dll and now i can play ACU without crash!!!

    I have a bad news for you. After I have the file XAudio2 unnamed, I could not start Battle.net client.

    After I again called the normal XAudio2 file Battle.net client was working again.

    if I want to play I need ACU unnamed XAudio2 .Very strange

    Unlocked Realtek HD Audio Drivers Windows 7 & 8 (With Dolby Digital Live and DTS Interactive)

    The XAudio2 doesn't "break" any games, Farcry 4 and Watchdogs are the only games that have problems with REALTEK, because people using "real" cards like sound blaster have no problems with that mod.
