Windows 10: Xbox 360 Kinect Not getting frame data in windows 11

Hello,I am developing an application that utilizes the xbox 360 v1414 color and depth streams in Unity. I am using the Kinect SDK v1.8, and up until this last month or maybe two everything has been working fine. Recently, I can no longer get any camera data from the kinect, color or depth alike. When running the SDK examples, I get no camera data, but I am able to initialize a handle to the kinect and change its orientation. The Kinect is still visible in device manager. I'm guessing some Windows update messed with the interface, and I'm not really sure where to go from here. I have remove

You may try to isolate the issue by performing basic troubleshooting that we have below.

Suggested troubleshooting:

1. Try to connect your Kinect on Xbox 360 Console and check if it working fine. (Kindly install update if prompted.)
   
2. Keep your Windows PC and Xbox apps and Kinect updated.
   
3. Restart device.
   
4. Turn off or disable all antivirus, antimalware, VPN, firewall and PC Optimizer.

xbox one and kinect 360 games

We recently purchased an xbox one s and the xbox one Kinect sensor. I also purchased my kids xbox 360 Kinect games. Will these games work on the new Kinect one? Do I need to purchase an adaptor? I am so confused. When I search for xbox one Kinect games
nothing comes up but the xbox 360 Kinect games.

To answer your query, Kinect for Windows is only programmed to work on Windows computers. Xbox consoles like Xbox One and Xbox 360 can use Xbox Kinect specifically programmed for each of them.
